1.    Peace Within

 

Identify for yourself where and when you experience peace, as distinct from where and when that you don’t.  Note for yourself that peace is an inner feeling.  Some examples of where people often find peace are:

 

  • Prayer
  • Meditation
  • Experiences in nature
  • Labyrinth experience
  • “Peaceful” music
  • Physical activity
  • Interactions with certain other people
  • Interactions with some animals
  • Creative experiences
  • A “job well done”

 

 

2.    Love for the Earth

 

Demonstrate your love for the earth in some way.

 

 

 

3.    Community Outreach

 

Using your discovery of where you find inner peace, find a way to express yourself in making a contribution of peace to your community.
